Color Accuracy
RealTimeColor is a SWOP® Certified monitor-based proofing system that applies advanced color profiling to verify the accuracy of every monitor and every proof, and alerts anyone who is not. Files are viewed in their original high-resolution format. RealTimeColor enables users to view color-accurate CMYK proofs from original high-resolution data at an earlier stage in the workflow, increasing productivity and accuracy. RealTimeColor uses new color science and proprietary methodologies to render RGB into CMYK.
Collaboration and Communication
RealTimeColor 's notes and mark-up tools to allow everyone involved to add and save their comments on color and content throughout the process. All notes are logged to create a complete record of communication. What used to take days can now be accomplished in just a few hours. With simultaneous streaming, RealTimeColor allows viewing, collaboration, annotation and comparison of several versions of a project. RealTimeColor can identify and highlight version differences for comparison. After files have been approved by all authorized people, a lock feature prevents further annotations or changes.
Work Flow
With RealTimeColor collaborative proofing sessions are fast and easy. Proofing is the major component of workflow. The RealTimeColor system of proofing offers communication efficiencies that can reduce production cycles significantly. Both proofing cycles and costs are dramatically reduced as people anywhere with an internet connection collaborate on the same file with 128 Bit Encryption for the highest security. Projects are stored in one location in original high-resolution production data. This is better than a PDF file emailed to a dozen computers. RealTimeColor
is complete collaboration in any proofing cycle. Administrators are able to create project folders, which the RealTimeColor monitors for changes. Participants are automatically notified each time a proof needs to be reviewed, when a file is added, deleted, updated or if annotations are created. Participants receive an email with a direct link to the project. Clicking on this link takes the user to the proof. The limitations associated with hard-copy proofing are removed.
Proof Approval
With RealTimeColor proofing sessions are fast and easy. With a robust Oracle database all aspects of a project are
logged including annotations, user monitor calibration status, viewings, uploads and downloads. Users are notified by email when annotations are changed or added.

RealTimeColor handles all industry standard production files, including TIFF, TIFF-IT/P1, JPEG, Scitex Page, Scitex CT, Scitex LW, Postscript (versions 1, 2, and 3), Encapsulated Postscript (EPS), PDF 1.3, DCS, and DCS2 without conversion or loss.
